We have limited staffs in our US warehouse, all are dedicated to the daily order processing to ensure same day shipping for all orders, email is the primary communication channel with our customers. Email your questions, comments and feedback and we will get back to you within one business day.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within one business day from our US warehouse. If you choose the Overnight Air Express, we will ship the same day if you place the order by 9am Pacific Standard Time. We ship most orders via USPS. Some by UPS or Fedex.

Return Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. To return your purchase, please contact us for an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Please email Please indicate reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund). After receiving the RMA #, please return the item(s) in its original packaging and in new condition

We will apply your refund, less shipping, to the original form of payment. If you would prefer an exchange we will send it promptly.

Warranty Policy

Jetbeam Store offers the following warranty service on products sold through our store (excluding products sold through any eBay or Amazon stores):

5 Years - for manufacturer defect on flashlights and headlamps.

1 Years – for manufacturer defects on accessories including wall/car chargers, flashlight on/off switch, power cords, li-ion battery, li-ion battery that comes with flashlight or built-in, remote pressure switch,etc.


We warrant our products to be free from defects that compromise their functionality. We will repair, replace at our option, without charge, any light device which is found to be defective under normal use within 5 years from the date of purchase with the proof of purchase. Please note buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance and service, nor normal wear and tear. It also does not apply to any products or parts which have been subject to modification, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper maintenance and battery leakage.

For products sold through any other Jetbeam dealers, please contact those dealers directly for warranty service.
